Dear Members,

Please see below update on EBooking and club house facilities.

 

  • From 10th May, Singles or Doubles from Mixed households allowed.
  • From May 12th Travel is premitted within Ireland.
  • All courts must be pre booked before arriving to the club including the correct names of those that should be on court. If you cannot play at short notice and are arranging a sub this name must be changed on the booking.
  • Play is restricted to current members or include a member and a members guests.
  • A parent/guardian must accompany any player under 16.

 

Court Booking System

  • Booking for Senior V’s Senior opens at 9am each morning the day before the day you wish to play i.e., booking will open at 9am Sunday for Mondays play.
  • Senior booking limits will remain at 3 peak and 7 off-peak.
  • Booking for Junior V’s Junior or Senior V’s Junior must be booked by calling the office on 051 874350 at 9am the morning before (except for Monday’s play which will open at 9am Friday morning).
  • Practice wall will remain out of use
  • Ball machine booking is allowed on Courts 5, 8 and 9 only

 

Private Coaching 

  • Private coaching must only take place on the following courts during off peak hours Courts 5, 8 and 9. During peak hours (6pm-10pm) courts 8 and 9 only.
  • Note if you are receiving a private lesson the court must be booked by the coach only. Please contact your coach to arrange advanced booking.

 

Junior Hours

  • Junior Hours are Monday – Friday 3pm-6pm and Saturday 10am-1pm and 2pm-6pm.
  • During junior hours 3 courts will be available for adults. Private lessons are taken as using an Adult court.
  • All Junior courts which have not been booked will be released for members to book at 5pm for the following day.
  • The junior club coaching programme will start on Tuesday 4th May.

 

Club House Access

If you require access to the club, please ensure you are wearing a face covering as per Tennis Ireland Guidelines. If you require a member of staff for assistance with membership, top ups or tennis merchandise please wait at the front door till a member of staff lets you in.

LIGHTS ACCESS

  • Members are asked to follow the following steps when using the club to access the light machine:
  1. Sanitize hands before entering the clubhouse.
  2. Only 1 person permitted in the club house at any one time.
  3. Swipe smart card to open front door.
  4. Deactivate alarm by swiping card on alarm reader in hall.
  5. Sanitize hands at lights panel before choosing your court.
  6. Swipe smart card as normal.
  7. Reset alarm by swiping card on alarm reader in hall.
  8. Make sure front door is closed.

 

TOILET ACCESS

  • During Monday – Saturday between 9am-6pm please contact a member of staff for toilet access.
  • During all other times members are asked to follow the following steps:
  1. Sanitize hands before entering the clubhouse.
  2. Only 1 person permitted in the club house at any one time.
  3. Swipe smart card to open front door.
  4. Deactivate alarm by swiping card on alarm reader in hall.
  5. Sanitize hands at toilet entrance.
  6. Male toilet 1 cubicle in use.
  7. Female toilet 1 cubicle in use.
  8. Changing Areas remain out of use.
  9. Reset alarm by swiping card on alarm reader in hall.
  10. Make sure front door is closed.

 

Players Responsibilities

  • Maintain social distance, especially on change of ends.
  • Do not congregate in the lobby, behind the courts or carpark, pre and post playing.
  • Recommended to bring own sanitiser and water bottle, all consumables to be taken off court.
