• Guidelines for Queries or Complaints :

• If a member has any queries or concerns, please send an email to michelle@stannestennis.com, the email will be forwarded to the relevant sub committee. Alternatively, please contact the office directly or send a signed letter to the club. All matters will be discussed at the next committee meeting and a response issued thereafter
• Please note, in order for the committee to respond, all queries from members of the public must include their full name and address
• Any issues raised that require an immediate response, will be expedited and dealt with as soon as is practicable.
